Real Estate Sales Manager (Off-Plan Project Sales)

Seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager specialized in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, proven expertise in managing high-value property portfolios, and the ability to lead a sales team towards achieving ambitious sales targets. The role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive consistent growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote off-plan projects and meet company revenue objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing transactions.
• Present project details to clients through professional presentations and site visits.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance project visibility and lead conversion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and UAE real estate regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in off-plan project sales within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, developers, and investment trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance, confident personality, and client-focused approach.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
