• *Job Summary**:
The Off-Plan Real Estate Agent will focus on promoting and selling new project launches and investment oppor
tunities from leading developers across the UAE. The role requires strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and client relationship management skills to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

– Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers.
– Generate new leads through client networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
– Conduct property presentations and explain project details, payment plans, and investment benefits.
– Stay updated on upcoming project launches, developer offerings, and market trends.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
– Guide clients through the entire property purchase process — from initial inquiry to final handover.
– Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
– Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• *Requirements**:

– Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1-2 years), preferably in off-plan projects.
– Strong understanding of Dubai / UAE property market and developer portfolios.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Highly motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
– RERA certification (preferred).
– Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

– 6 months in real estate offplan: 1 year (required)
