Demonstrate an effective strategy and execution in achieving sales goals

Exhibit strong negotiation skills and technique in closing deals

Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers

Professionally represent the company in the industry

Promotes different branding strategy to maximize our influence in the market

Build and maintain a strong and long term relationship with clients and real estate agencies

Proactively formulates business development strategies and ensures effective execution with positive results

Understands the client’s needs and requirements whilst providing core solutions in acquiring their desire for a new home, investments and maximize ROI.

Successfully develop a systematic process for sales

Utilize and maximize our prospective clients, customers by tracking our CRC system

Participates in different relevant real estate events and conferences

Reports to the Director on daily bases and establish necessary written reports and datas
