Real Estate Broker (with Experience)

As a Real Estate Agent at Domaine Properties, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, setting up appointments, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions of sale or lease, and providing excellent customer service. You will liaise with clients, buyers, and sellers, ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout the sales/leasing process and that agreements are reached to the satisfaction of all parties. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
• *Qualifications**
– A strong interest in real estate and the local property market in Dubai
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
– Superior interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
– A results-oriented approach to work, with a track record of accomplishing targets and goals
– Solid computer and digital communication skills
– A valid UAE driving license and own car
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
– Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, but not required
