Overall Responsibilities Include:
– Source, Manage, and Convert Leads into Property Buyers
– Conduct Property Viewings and Client Meetings
– Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients and Developers
– Stay Updated with Dubai’s Real Estate Market Trends and Inventory
– Negotiate and Close Sales Professionally and Efficiently
Requirements Include :
– Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English (Arabic is a Plus)
– Minimum 1–2 years of Experience in Sales (Real Estate Preferred)
– Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
– Proactive, Disciplined, and Performance-Focused Attitude
– Familiar with CRM systems and Digital Communication Tools
– A UAE Drivers License (Preferred)
