What you’ll need to succeed*

Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary, off-plan, or both)

Strong knowledge of the Dubai market, especially key residential and investment communities

Ability to manage your own pipeline, prospect, and close deals independently

High level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset
