About the Role
VAU Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Off-Plan Real Estate Agents. No prior experience? No problem! We provide training, guidance, and fresh leads to help you succeed and earn high commissions.
Responsibilities
• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in Dubai.
• Follow up on fresh leads provided by the company.
• Guide clients through property options, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Attend property viewings and client meetings.
• Maintain records of clients and transactions.
Requirements
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Hindi and English speaking preferred.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• UAE driving license and own car (advantage).
