What We’re Looking For:
We’re expanding our off-plan sales team and looking for ambitious, camera-friendly individuals who can represent our brand and projects confidently on media platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
• Speaks Persian or Turkish (fluently or conversationa
• Comfortable on camera — you’ll appear in videos promoting projects
• With or without prior real estate experience — training provided
• Has a passion for off-plan developments and property investment
• Must be a UAE resident

1. Communication & Presentation Skills
• Confident and engaging on-camera presence for video promotions
• Strong verbal communication to present projects effectively to clients
• Ability to represent the brand professionally in both online and offline settings
2. Language Proficiency
• Fluent or conversational in Persian or Turkish (in addition to English)
• Comfortable communicating with a multicultural client base
3. Sales & Negotiation
• Strong ability to convert leads into sales
• Skilled in explaining off-plan payment structures and investment returns
• Persuasive, client-focused approach to closing deals
4. Marketing & Media Awareness
• Comfortable participating in video content creation
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement
• Awareness of how to build a personal brand through media exposure
5. Learning Agility
• Open to training and professional development through the Real Estate Academy
• Quick to learn about new projects, developers, and market trends
6. Customer Service
• Professional and responsive in handling qualified leads provided by the company
• Ability to build long-term relationships with investors and buyers
