• *Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced and motivated **Real Estate Agent – Females** to join our expanding Off-Plan Sales Division. The role involves identifying investment opportunities, providing clients with expert advice, and closing deals on high-demand, off-plan residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

– Promote and sell off-plan properties to end users and investors.
– Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and marketing campaigns.
– Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and investment goals.
– Present suitable project options, including floor plans, locations, payment plans, and ROI estimates.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and legal procedures.
– Attend property expos, developer events, and project briefings.
• *Qualifications**:

– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred).
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong client focus with a passion for helping buyers find the right property.
– Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work in a competitive environment.
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
– UAE driving license and own car are highly preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

– Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
