• *Responsibilities**:
– Represent clients in buying, selling, residential and commercial properties.
– Conduct market research and develop marketing plans to attract buyers.
– Showcase properties and negotiate agreements on behalf of clients.
– Guide clients through property inspections, financing, and closing procedures.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on real estate laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of proven Experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
– In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
– Flexible schedule, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
