Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Source, list, and market a diverse portfolio of residential and luxury properties across Dubai’s most sought-after communities (e.g., Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown).

  • Valuations & Viewings: Conduct accurate property valuations and lead high-level viewings with international investors and residents.

  • Deal Negotiation: Manage the entire sales or lettings cycle—from the initial lead and price negotiation to contract signing and final handover.

  • Market Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on market trends, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) laws, and investment yields.

  • Business Development: Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging our extensive internal database.

  • Communication: Flawless English communication skills; ability to negotiate with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

  • Professionalism: A presentable, “business-smart” appearance at all times.

  • Resilience: The Dubai market moves fast; you must be able to handle rejection and pivot quickly.

  • Requirements: A valid driving license is essential for property viewings.

  • Bonus: Sales experience or a second language (Arabic, Russian, or French) is highly advantageous.

Financial Reality Check

This is a Commission Only position. Successful consultants typically require a financial “runway” (savings) of 3–6 months to cover relocation and initial living costs while building their pipeline.
