What You’ll Be Doing:

– Convert **high-intent Off-Plan leads** into closed deals — fast and consistently
– Host client meetings, pitch like a pro, and handle property tours with confidence
– Build strong, long-term relationships with serious investors
– Stay on top of Dubai’s new launches, project updates, and market trends
– Negotiate deals with skill, speed, and professionalism
– Coordinate efficiently with developers and our internal team to ensure smooth closings

What We’re Looking For:

– **2+ years of experience** in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan or Secondary)
– A track record of **consistently closing qualified leads**:

– Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
– Fluent in English – additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, European) are a big plus
– RERA certification is an advantage
– Driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused – no hand-holding required
