### **About the Role:**

As a Real Estate Broker at Lemar, you’ll be the bridge between **buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors**, helping them find their dream property while growing your professional success.
You’ll also play an active role in **social media promotion and digital marketing**, boosting your listings and personal brand online.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Real Estate & Client Management**
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end property transactions – from listing to closing.
• Conduct property tours, viewings, and negotiations with clients.
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.

#### **Team & Performance**
• Work closely with management and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain all deal files, paperwork, and client documentation as per RERA standards.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market laws, regulations, and project launches.

### **What We’re Looking For:**
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Fluent in English – Hindi – South Indian – Persian – Russian – Chinese -German – Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Confident using social media online property portals.
