DHR is hiring for Real Estate Advisor with one of the real estate developer in Dubai.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
– Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
– Research and analyze the real es
– Negotiate deals on behalf of clients and prepare and present offers to property owners.
– Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• *Qualifications**:
– At least 1-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• *Salary**: AED5,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
• *Experience**:
– Real estate consultant: 1 year (preferred)
