Quickbooks Trainer / Mentor

We require an experienced Quickbooks person to teach our CEO how to enter data into our Quickbooks online account, and deal with ongoing queries that the CEO may have about Quickbooks.
What will you be doing?

We are a small 6 person outfit, delivering services to older people living in the 8% most deprived areas of the country – Belle Isle, in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We have our 59 Centre which is

 a Centre for older people to come – Monday to Friday to combat social isolation and loneliness. We provide a fully accessible minibus to bring people to the Centre and take them home. On Monday and Friday mornings 10am – 12pm we provide a “Warm & Welcome” Drop-In for older people to come in Keep warm, have a bacon butty and tea/coffee, and socialise. On Tuesdays we runs a Lunch Club followed by Bingo and board games. On Wednesdays we have trips out and about. On Thursday mornings we have a Craft Class and a Gardening Group. Thursday and Friday afternoons we have a Bingo Group.
What are we looking for?

The Volunteer will need to be experienced in Quickbooks online, with a patient and calm nature. Ideally they will understand that the charity is operating at the cutting edge of poverty and needs to maintain financial viability in order to survive. They will help the CEO to analyse trends in the charity’s spending and what we need to do to reduce expenditure to a bare minimum.

By helping our CEO to enter our financial data onto Quickbooks you will be helping to ensure that we as a charity can survive and continue to provide vital support services to the most vulnerable older people in this impoverished area.
