Quantitative Analyst Client Stratatist / Quantitative Specialist

Eximius Finance

Job Description

Eximius Finance is seeking a highly motivated Client Strategist / Quantitative Specialist to join their Global Client Strat team in London. This role is a hybrid of Product Ownership and Quantitative Engineering, sitting at the center of the firm’s client data ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the infrastructure that drives global client reporting and analytics.

The position is ideal for a “technical bridge-builder”—someone who can navigate the complexities of data architecture while effectively communicating with high-level stakeholders like COOs, traders, and technologists. Beyond standard data management, you will be expected to explore and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) to optimize workflows, making this a cutting-edge role for quants interested in the future of financial automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Lead the development and strategy for the client data platform, balancing requirements from business and technology teams.

  • Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement scalable, cost-effective data solutions that support multiple business divisions globally.

  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate project timelines, technical designs, and priorities to managers, quants, and sales teams.

  • GenAI Integration: Evaluate and implement GenAI tools and advanced prompting techniques to automate and enhance data analytics workflows.

  • Technical Translation: Convert complex business needs into precise technical requirements for Strat developers and IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income products, with a preference for Credit and Rates.

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML5) and ideally Python for backend/analytical tasks.

  • GenAI Literacy: Familiarity with modern AI tooling and a proactive interest in applying AI to financial infrastructure.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to distill highly technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: A structured, analytical approach to deconstructing complex business challenges.

Pure technical skill is no longer enough; firms now demand quants who can use GenAI to solve the “last mile” of data communication. This role at Eximius is strategically positioned because it targets the Fixed Income space—where data is often fragmented and manual—offering massive ROI for automation and AI-driven insights.
