Working in the Quality and Product Assurance Team

Our Quality and Product Assurance (QPA) unit is vital in spearheading ongoing refinements across all facilities and operational workflows. As the QPA Manager, you will lead the transformation of our working methods—integrating premier industry practices and identifying proactive strategies to enhance the reliability, quality, and efficiency of our output.

This position serves as the primary advocate for the customer’s perspective within our organization. You will guarantee that client requirements are deeply understood and woven into the architecture, engineering, and distribution of our satellites and software. What will you be doing?

We are looking for a pragmatic and driven Quality and Product Assurance Manager to oversee the development and refinement of workflows for high-performance space technology.

This technical, hands-on position will have a major influence on supply chain management and manufacturing, facilitating the industrial scaling of our upcoming satellite constellations. Working conditions/arrangements

This role is primarily based on-site with occasional flexibility for remote work, subject to the following:

  • Campaign Requirements: During critical qualification testing, you will be needed on-site for extended periods (e.g., 14 consecutive days).

  • Emergency Response: You must be available to reach the office or lab on short notice during remote workdays if urgent issues occur.
