About the Role

As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will fill a vital role in ensuring all children have equal access to learning and a supportive school experience. You will be responsible for providing essential daily assistance to pupils, which includes delivering both personal and medical care tailored to their individual needs. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, you will help foster an inclusive classroom environment where your positive disposition will empower students to reach their full potential.

• Regulated Work: This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with children.

• Background Checks: If you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
