DAILY OPERATIONS FOR A PUBLIC AREA CLEANER

What your role entails…

Preserving the hygiene, safety, and visual appeal of all communal zones, such as the reception, corridors, washrooms, and lifts, ensuring they remain welcoming and reach elite benchmarks.
Executing routine maintenance duties including sanitizing surfaces, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all locations are germ-free and sparkling.
Tracking and replenishing essential items like hand sanitizers, towels, and toiletries within public restrooms and other shared locations.
Reacting swiftly to visitor inquiries or sanitation requirements in communal spaces, offering superior hospitality with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Notifying leadership regarding any broken equipment, safety risks, or repair needs to preserve a functional and secure atmosphere.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
