Position Overview:
Sodexo is searching for a methodical and energetic Projects Planner to aid our Mission Control and PMO departments. In this capacity, you will help drive the achievement of our annual cyclical program, guaranteeing that initiatives are precisely scheduled, tracked, and documented. You will partner with Workstream Leads and Project Leadership to uphold elite standards throughout all program operations. Primary Duties:

Guiding and managing Mission Control / PMO across various project workstreams.

Accepting individual accountability for the fruitful execution of the annual program.

Partnering with Workstream Leads and Project Leadership to facilitate seamless program delivery.

Initiating new ventures on QFM and MSPS, refreshing templates, and notifying relevant parties.

Generating and monitoring Works Orders and Purchase Orders, verifying all paperwork is accurate.

Tracking FBC/SDR/OBC returns and submissions, documenting progress on official trackers.

Creating weekly POWs, milestone summaries, Lead Sponsor Reports, and monthly presentations for clients.

Overseeing the Projects email account and ensuring MSPS remains current.

Acting as the primary owner for the Projects Cabinet within DocuWare.
