Our Major Project department is responsible for delivering high-quality lift and escalator installations.
The Construction Manager role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Key accountabilities include managing project start-up, reviews, reporting and site preparations; requesting materials and tools; ensuring safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors.
• Manages installation projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to customer
• Is responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating
• Leads and manages the installation team, including subcontractors, plans and ensures sufficient project resourcing and competences
Proven experience in the lift industry, with strong people management and leadership capabilities, is essential. Excellent health and safety knowledge, CSCS card and SMSTS certification are also required.
