The Project Manager (Requirements)

A degree in Project Management, Construction or a related discipline.

3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role.

Strong understanding of JCT contract administration.

Sector experience in residential or commercial projects.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Progression toward chartership (MRICS, MAPM) preferred.
The Role
In this lead role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple live schemes typically valued between £3m and £25m. You will act as the primary point of contact for both public and private sector clients, managing the delicate balance of project cost, time, and quality performance. Your responsibilities include administering JCT contracts, preparing vital risk registers and contract documents, and chairing high-level design and progress meetings. By coordinating internal consultant teams and monitoring contractor performance, you will ensure project delivery from initial concept through to final completion.
