Position: Project Manager (House builder) | Permanent | East

Project Manager (House builder) | Permanent | East London

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + package

Location: East London
Region: London

I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award-winning house builder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential project in East London.

The company has been around for many years and has evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new build residential project in East London comprising circa 100 units; 3 x RC frame blocks up to 6 storeys of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The project is due to kick off soon and they are ready to start interviewing now. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company and work on prestigious projects.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable house builder as a Project Manager

• Experience overseeing projects from inception through to completion

• RC frame experience

• Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams

• Excellent technical knowledge

• Good longevity with previous employers

• Health & Safety conscious

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
