Project Manager (Primary Care)
Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the sustainability and transformation of local GP Practices. This 12-month fixed-term role is a vital part of our strategy to enhance Primary Care efficiency and service improvement. Working in a hybrid capacity from Pullar House in Perth, you will act as a catalyst for change, helping practices modernize their systems and share clinical and administrative best practices across the region.
Core Requirements and Skills

Knowledge and experience of business management/quality improvement methodology.

Ability to work with strategic programme stakeholders to successfully support change programmes.

Knowledge of general practice / primary care is essential.

Ability to provide tools and techniques and shared learning to support GP practices sustainability.

Work to support the practices Premises and Lease Assignation process.

The ability to travel across the locality is a requirement of the post.

Required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.

Current NHS Tayside Employees: Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment.

Hours of work are: 22.2 per week.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering the Primary Care Improvement Plan, utilizing your expertise to facilitate transformational change. You will have the opportunity to influence national improvement programmes while providing hands-on support to local sustainability groups.
