Job Summary: Project Delivery Manager, Good Housekeeping Institute
Hearst UK is looking for a structured and commercially-minded Project Delivery Manager to join the iconic Good Housekeeping (GH) brand. This is a unique part-time (3 days per week) role focused on the end-to-end delivery of two major brand pillars: GH Kitchen Pantry and GH Books. You will act as the operational “glue,” ensuring that editorial creativity meets commercial viability. Role Overview
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage timelines and workflows for GH Kitchen Pantry and GH Books, ensuring all teams are briefed and aligned.

Budget Governance: Oversee project costs, manage production budgets, and handle accurate invoicing and revenue tracking in Salesforce.

Content Oversight: Coordinate content production across GH channels, ensuring brand quality and compliance standards are upheld.

Risk Management: Proactively identify “blockers” or risks to project timelines and escalate them to keep delivery on track.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for external partners and internal editorial/commercial departments.

Performance Tracking: Support campaign execution and gather insights to improve future project cycles.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per annum (likely pro-rata for 3 days).
