Primary Accountabilities:

• Project Scope: Proven track record in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes.

• Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit is considered highly advantageous.

• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction process specifically related to large-scale urban projects.
