Head Resourcing is seeking a highly structured Programme Manager for a critical 3-6 month consultancy engagement in London. Working within a high-stakes environment, you will provide the Executive team with the clarity and confidence needed to navigate a robust review process. Key Skills

• Extensive demonstrable experience as a Programme Manager within Financial Services environments.

• Strong experience in executing comprehensive reviews.

• Ability to partner effectively with the Executive team to provide confidence in the project scope and delivery.

• Experience managing governance, risks, dependencies, policy reviews and strategic alignment capabilities.

• Strong FS Regulatory or Policy related experience.

• Deep understanding of portfolio, programme and change management methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Steering Committee and other stakeholders. Ability to influence and gain approvals from senior leadership.

• Strong skills in preparing and presenting clear reports and documentation for steering committees and governance bodies.

• Previous Financial Services experience is essential, and Consultancy experience would be beneficial.

• Experience in projects or programmes related to Deposits and/or Payments would be highly beneficial.

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead a comprehensive end-to-end review, tracing high-level policy and regulatory requirements through to final execution. You will be responsible for maintaining a coherent strategy throughout the process, ensuring that all governance, risks, and dependencies are meticulously managed. Acting as a vital link between the project team and the Steering Committee, you will prepare high-level documentation and influence senior leadership to gain critical approvals. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in ensuring that policy reviews translate into robust, compliant delivery models within the Deposits or Payments sectors.
