Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Proactively manage a significant caseload of Professional Indemnity claims to a very high standard, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

  • System Integrity: Efficiently process and maintain critical information within the claims management system to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with brokers and policyholders, acting as a trusted point of contact.

  • Outcome Optimization: Navigate the lifecycle of a claim to achieve the best possible commercial and legal results for the firm and its clients.

Required Experience

  • PI Expertise: At least 3+ years of dedicated experience handling Professional Indemnity claims.

  • Industry Background: A solid foundation in the insurance sector, specifically within claims.

  • Capacity: Proven confidence and ability to manage a high-volume workload (in excess of 100 claims).

  • Education: A relevant degree or a full/partial ACII qualification is highly desirable.
