Expert Analysis

This role is a strategic “internal-facing” product position. Unlike consumer-facing PM roles, the focus here is “Developer Experience” (DevEx). Success requires balancing the technical needs of engineers with the risk/control frameworks of a global bank. It is an excellent opportunity for a technologist transitioning into formal product leadership.

Location & Logistics Guide

Belfast is one of Citi’s largest strategic technology hubs in Europe. The office environment is business-casual and supports a hybrid lifestyle. The city offers a growing tech ecosystem with a lower cost of living compared to London or Dublin.
