Position: Production Stream Group Leader

Location: Attleborough

Contract: Permanent / Full-time

Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (06:00 – 18:00)

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee a specific manufacturing stream within a designated sector of the facility.
Enhance operational output by deploying innovative benchmarks, prioritizing personnel protection, product excellence, and process refinement.
Cultivate a safety-first ethos among Team Leaders by modeling best practices and reinforcing a constructive safety atmosphere within the stream.
Verify that every operational task is supported by formal hazard evaluations and that remedial measures are finalized as a matter of urgency.
Monitor, analyze, and advance safety performance indicators to guarantee a secure workspace for all staff.
Contribute actively to the formulation of the stream’s long-term strategic roadmap, emphasizing areas for ongoing enhancement.
Direct the Production Stream staff to ensure high levels of engagement, fostering a stable climate where individuals can progress and succeed.
Maintain and update performance metric displays; oversee the CCC board to ensure the prompt resolution of outstanding operational hurdles.
Utilize Operational Excellence (OPEX) methodologies to remove production constraints, manage SKU variety, and reduce mechanical failures.
Oversee and refine labor utilization, material loss, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.
Facilitate both scheduled and emergency stream activities, including team updates, audit preparations, and maintenance cycles to optimize output.

Required Qualifications

Competency in numerical, written, and oral English.
Professional background within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Fundamental grasp of quality, safety, ecological, and asset oversight frameworks.
Proven history in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or OPEX environments.
Robust communicative talents with the capacity to sway outcomes.
Sharp analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to establish and enforce operational standards.
Inherent talent for mentorship and coaching.
Literacy in Microsoft Office software.
