Key responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Assemble, inspect and package products to meet quality standards

  • Carry out routine quality checks and record production data

  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace

  • Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors

  • Support continuous improvement and maintain production targets


Skills and experience required

  • Proven production experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and basic machinery operation

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines

  • Good communication and team-working skills

  • Physically able to undertake standing, lifting and repetitive tasks as required

  • Flexible approach to shift patterns where necessary
