In this capacity at our Sandtoft location, you will undergo comprehensive instruction to utilize our technical equipment and tools, transforming basic components into finished goods for the building industry. You will develop into a technical specialist and assist your teammates in achieving premium manufacturing standards.

You will be actively involved in the routine functions of our fabrication facility; managing diverse plant apparatus, tools, and lift trucks while maintaining peak safety standards at all times.

A Team Leader will guide you to maintain a manufacturing sequence that is safe, productive, and streamlined. We offer complete instruction and all necessary safety gear (PPE) to allow you to operate effectively in this position where you will:

Manage various equipment functions.
Secure peak output goals, reduce material loss, and maintain top-tier quality uniformity.
Handle the loading and dispatch of diverse transport units.
Proactively engage in instructional programs to improve your professional skills.
Perform sanitation duties in the factory and storage areas.
Support the department focused on Quality.

Operating Schedule (Rotating):

1st Week: 07:00 – 16:30, Monday through Friday.

2nd Week: 19:00 – 04:30, Sunday through Thursday.

Since safety is our primary focus, you must be dedicated to secure practices and possess strong general safety consciousness. You must be physically capable of carrying out diverse and occasionally strenuous tasks.

Strong reading and writing skills for necessary administrative tasks.

Capability to operate without direct supervision.
PREFERABLE – Existing RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or CPCS certification for forklift operation.

Previous background in a fabrication or plant setting is helpful but not mandatory, as we provide complete instruction.
