Carbon ThreeSixty is looking to recruit a Production Manager / Team Leader to catalyze output and effectiveness across several fabrication units. The Supervisor / Manager will start with the duty of managing all Automotive product lines, with the planned expansion to cover additional fields including Defense and Aerospace.

Beyond the accountability for On Time In Full (OTIF) distribution, we are searching for a professional capable of nurturing a premier manufacturing ethos and assisting in the instruction and deployment of Lean methodologies within the manufacturing wing.

The perfect applicant will possess a history in a strictly controlled production environment, specifically within the Aerospace or Automotive industries. Past exposure to composite materials is considered a plus but is not mandatory. Knowledge of Lean instruments and methodologies, including the 7 Wastes and 5S, is also highly desirable.
