The Role
Supported by a robust order book, the organization is looking for a Production Manager to concentrate on the execution of major special projects. You will collaborate with a peer Production Manager, who handles routine daily scheduling, and a Metrology and Sub-Assembly Manager, who oversees raw material processing and sub-component builds.
Duties:

Direct, oversee, and harmonize a group of team leaders and technicians dedicated to particular projects.

Organize and distribute manufacturing assets, such as personnel, machinery, and inventory, in partnership with other department heads to stabilize workloads and synchronize manufacturing goals.

Develop and manage production timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Verify that Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation remain current.

Communicate with quality, sales, manufacturing, and logistics departments.

Organize and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with clients or external inspectors.
