P+S Personnel is excited to be collaborating with our partner, who is presently seeking a Production Manager to join their active department in Great Yarmouth on a permanent, full-time basis.
Role Summary:
In the position of EMEIA Production Manager, you will guide the manufacturing unit to achieve secure, premium, and economical results punctually. You will translate commercial requirements into precise operational roadmaps, catalyze throughput and ongoing refinement, and advocate for programs that enhance effectiveness, excellence, and staff morale.
Main Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute programs to reach the firm’s strategic operational targets.

Offer managerial and operational guidance to meet core goals in safety, excellence, ecological adherence, output, and expense for our international clientele.

Direct the manufacturing group in a high-velocity workspace, exhibiting decisiveness and total responsibility for all sectional requirements.

Manage the resolution of escalated issues in a prompt fashion.

Educate and supervise Team Leaders and Cell Coordinators to fulfill production schedules within a streamlined manufacturing framework.

Draft and lead Capital Expenditure (Capex) filings to support infrastructure growth for manufacturing gains.

Uphold regular dialogue with essential internal partners.

Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) needs alongside standard manufacturing goals.
Person Specification:

Background in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations setting (Preferred).
