As we continue our mission to build a global financial super-app, this role sits at the intersection of product innovation and market execution.
In this high-impact position, you will be the primary architect of product enablement. You won’t just be observing the market; you will be shaping it by translating complex technical capabilities into beautiful, simple solutions for our most sophisticated clients. You will serve as the essential bridge between our Product Owners and our Sales teams, ensuring that the feedback from the front lines directly influences our global roadmap. Your Strategic Responsibilities

Product Enablement: Create high-velocity sales aids, including archetype playbooks, competitive intelligence sheets, and product certifications.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Refine product positioning for specific markets and customer segments, ensuring our Private Bank offering is always a step ahead of the competition.

Knowledge Transfer: Lead deep-dive training sessions for Account Executives and Sales Managers, turning them into subject matter experts.

Feedback Integration: Aggregate and prioritize “boots-on-the-ground” feedback from sales teams, transforming conversational intelligence into actionable data for Product Owners.

Advocacy: Act as a fierce advocate for critical features during roadmap discussions, ensuring we build what the market truly needs.

Client Engagement: Join high-level meetings with key clients to promote new features and gather direct, scalable insights.
What You’ll Need

Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product enablement.

Domain Expertise: Direct experience working within Private Banking or high-net-worth financial services.

Messaging Mastery: Exceptional ability to distill complex financial and technical concepts into compelling narratives for both sales teams and clients.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in exploring complex datasets to identify trends and draw actionable strategic insights.

Communication: World-class presentation skills with the agility to customize your message for diverse audiences.
Nice to Have

A strong commercial or sales background within the Fintech space.
