Job Description

Jacobs is seeking an “Outbound” Product Manager and Market Strategy Lead to join BeyondIF, our global innovation and R&D “Accelerator.” This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on taking emerging digital and AI solutions from the pilot stage to global scale. You will act as the bridge between abstract R&D concepts and commercially viable technology products that solve critical problems in transportation, energy, and infrastructure.


Your Impact

  • Market Strategy & Sizing: Define and forecast Total Addressable Market (TAM), pricing models, and long-term development costs to ensure commercial viability.

  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Lead high-level interviews with prospects and customers to translate market pain points into technical product specifications.

  • Roadmap Prioritization: Define user stories and requirements, managing the product lifecycle to expedite bottlenecks and meet delivery milestones.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Develop and implement global product marketing strategies and value propositions to drive adoption across Jacobs’ diverse international client base.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Engineering, Digital, and C-Suite stakeholders across multiple time zones to align innovation with business objectives.


What You’ll Need

  • AEC Industry Context: Ideally, a background in Architectural, Engineering, and Consultancy (AEC) or related infrastructure sectors.

  • Digital Product Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing enterprise software, AI tools, or digital twins.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and business planning skills, including market sizing and pricing strategy.

  • Agility: The ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced R&D “Accelerator” environment.

  • Global Mindset: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across various geographies.
