About the Role
As a Procurement and Sourcing Specialist – IT Software, you will be a vital pillar of our Global IT team, managing the entire lifecycle of our enterprise software assets. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee everything from initial acquisition and complex contract consolidations to compliance and decommissioning. Beyond individual procurement execution, you will take on the responsibility of supervising the Global Software Team’s daily operations, ensuring that renewals are handled with precision and no service disruptions occur. You will act as a strategic partner to the Head of IT Procurement, driving cost control and building robust relationships with global vendors to support our expansive digital infrastructure.
Your Role

Deliver excellent procurement and commercial services for IT team supporting the wider organisation

Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and value

Provide hands-on support to ensure continuity of procurement execution during the transitional phase, particularly across renewals, negotiations, and key vendor interactions.

Line management of software administrator

Supervise day-to-day workload of the Global Software Team to ensure continuity of service and timely fulfilment of requests.

Produce regular reporting and analysis on requests, renewals, spend and licensing trends; recommend process or sourcing improvements.

Act as primary support for the Global Head of IT Procurement
Qualifications

Experience with IT software asset management and procurement processes, ideally in a large corporate organisation

Working knowledge of software licensing & license types, maintenance renewals, license key management, and compliance

An excellent communicator able to work with managing internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Demonstrated stakeholder management with ability to influence decisions and timelines

Good analytical ability and confident user of Excel

Ability to prioritise in a customer-focused, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
