We are looking for a Private Cook-Stay In required for a reputed VIP Emirati family in Dubai.Ideal candidate would have prior work experience with a Private family in the UAE/ GCC (preferred).Job Responsibilities:Prepare meals in private homes according to employers’ recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.Plan menus according to employers’ needs and diet restrictionsPlan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats.Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities. Arabic, Indian, Italian, American & other Continental Dishes.Good salary plus benefits offered.Previous experience of working with an Emirati Family, or in an Arabic/Emirati cuisine restaurant.Prior experience in GCC is also preferred.Knowledge of Arabic -preferred.
