Key Responsibilities
– Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family of 4-5 people (plus frequent guests).
– Create weekly menus that are gluten-free, lactose-free, and pregnancy-friendly.
– Focus on healthy, balanced cuisine with variety across international and fusion styles.
– Occasionally assist with BBQs and small gatherings on weekends.
– Collaborate with a nutritionist to align meals with health and dietary goals.
– Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.
– Provide grocery lists for ingredients (household arranges delivery).
• *Requirements**:
– Proven experience as a Private Chef in high-profile households or luxury hospitality.
– Expertise in healthy cooking and dietary restrictions (gluten-free, lactose-free, pregnancy-safe).
– Strong menu planning, presentation, and plating skills.
– Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
– Flexible, professional, and discreet.
– Based in Dubai (visa sponsorship can be arranged if required).
Schedule & Benefits
– Full-time, 6 days per week.
– Competitive salary package (AED 10,000 – 30,000, depending on experience and background).
