PwC UK is looking for a Knowledge Senior Manager to join our Private Business team in Leeds. In this critical role, you will act as the central hub for tax insights, ensuring our technical expertise is organized, accessible, and strategically distributed. You’ll be a key player in our Tax Knowledge Network, working alongside Subject Matter Specialists to maintain high-quality content on platforms like Templafy and Knowledge Navigator. This is a chance to lead knowledge-sharing initiatives that directly impact client excellence within a world-class professional services firm. The role is offered as an 18-24 month fixed-term contract, with part-time options and flexible working arrangements available.
What Your Days Will Look Like

Manage internal knowledge assets by collaborating with Subject Matter Specialists to refresh and share up-to-date content, supporting cross-team collaboration and improved information flow.

Drive transformation through involvement in AI initiatives, report automation, and taxonomy development, ensuring systems meet evolving practice needs.

Engage senior stakeholders to gather input, gain buy-in, and align on knowledge priorities and deliverables.

Support market engagement and internal training by organizing client events, award submissions, campaigns, and designing training sessions to build technical and commercial acumen.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating events and training sessions.

Communicates confidently, both in writing and verbally, and is adept at handling sensitive, complex technical content.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, supporting digital platforms and user interface enhancements.

Adapts proactively to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a collaborative mindset
