About the Role
As a Principal or Associate Director Hydraulic Modeller, you will take a senior leadership position within our Water and Wastewater Team in Glasgow. You will be instrumental in delivering major hydraulic modelling frameworks for leading UK Water Companies, specifically focusing on Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plans and flood alleviation. Your role combines high-level technical innovation with strategic project management; you will be responsible for the quality of outputs, the development of wastewater catchment strategies, and the mentorship of the next generation of engineers, all while contributing to the expansion of our practice over the next decade.
About You

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK Water Industry and current regulatory issues.

Technical Leadership: Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects.

Software Expertise: Expertise using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.

Modelling Background: Significant experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development.

Quality Assurance: Ability to check the work of others to provide quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in work delivered to the client.
