We are looking for a proactive and organized STEAM Technician to join our team in September 2026. In this role, you will be the practical heartbeat of our interdisciplinary curriculum, supporting cutting-edge projects across Science, Art, Robotics, and AI. As we move into enhanced facilities, you will have the chance to shape our learning spaces and help our pupils thrive in a rapidly evolving world.


Who We Are Looking For:

Essential

  • A practical, organised, and reliable approach to work.

  • An interest in supporting STEAM learning, including scientific, creative, and technological disciplines.

  • Good organisational and time-management skills.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Clear communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a science, art, or STEAM technician, or in a practical support role.

  • Knowledge or experience of COSHH regulations, chemical handling, and risk assessment.

  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn and apply, CLEAPSS guidance.

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.

  • A background or interest in science, art, design, engineering, computer science, robotics, or AI.
