Pre Operative Assessment Nurse – Band 6

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible, forward thinking band 6 nurse to join our team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital providing pre-operative assessment service to patients undergoing breast surgery.

You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, whilst utilising your clinical expertise to provide holistic, integrated patient centred care.

The post holder will be responsible for managing a caseload of surgical patients, assessing, planning and co-ordinating individualised care for patients undergoing planned surgery. They will work with all members of the MDT to ensure that the care the patients receive is of a consistently high quality.
