Role Overview:
Sodexo is in search of a seasoned PMO Lead to direct and refine the PMO activities within our Project Management division. This is a central position where you will serve as the technical authority for Project Server and its user base, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and uniformity across all initiatives.
You will manage the entire portfolio, converting technical project obstacles into strategic insights for executive leadership. Your focus will include identifying emerging patterns, reducing exposure to risk, and spearheading the evolution of PMO workflows and data visualization. Core Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee the “Mission Control” and PMO operations across all project schedules.

Refine the execution of portfolio, program, and individual project goals.

Convert project-level roadblocks and choices into accessible business terminology for high-level management.

Track and provide data on portfolio health, program milestones, and vital performance indicators.

Manage resource allocation to ensure task completion aligns with program stability.

Detect patterns in governance, operational models, procurement, and financial processes to suggest enhancements.

Diagnose and resolve systemic issues at the program and portfolio levels.

Record and apply industry-leading methodologies to advance PMO functions.

Generate monthly program status reports, guaranteeing data integrity.

Notify the Contract Director or Head of Projects regarding risks to quality, budget, or delivery timelines.

Manage reporting and record-keeping within the Docuware platform.
Primary Tasks:

Partner with Workstream Leads, Project Managers, and executive leadership to sustain project momentum.

Organize and facilitate monthly contractual discussions with project units, contractors, and clients.

Maintain the reliability and precision of performance data for all stakeholders.

Foster and sustain strong professional ties with the broader Sodexo team and project staff.

Facilitate the complete project journey, including risk mitigation, change management, financial oversight, and governance.
Mandatory Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional background in a PMO or project management capacity.

Level 4 UK qualification or an equivalent degree/certified training.

Certified Prince2 Practitioner or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practitioner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel.
