What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting senior team members in delivering strategic planning advice.
• Preparing planning applications, reports, and proposals.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Contributing to the delivery of key projects from inception to completion.
• Mentoring junior staff and assisting with their professional development.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in town planning, ideally with a background in both public and private sector projects.
• Strong understanding of local planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• A degree in Town Planning (or similar) and membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
