The Performance Process Lead is a critical strategic role, serving as the essential link between high-level business strategy and day-to-day operational execution. You will be entrusted with the design and optimization of end-to-end performance management frameworks, ensuring that organizational objectives are met through rigorous planning and continuous improvement. This role requires an analytical mindset and a proactive leadership style to guide cross-functional teams, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and champion a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Design and refine performance management frameworks; lead projects to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times.

  • Insights & Reporting: Collaborate with HR Reporting to develop KPI dashboards and provide actionable performance recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for process-related matters, facilitating workshops and promoting best practices across teams.

  • Technology Integration: Support the rollout of Workday Performance, working with specialists to automate processes and enhance data analytics.

  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operational standards meet regulatory requirements and internal policies across all regions of operation.
