What You’ll Be Doing

True Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with Site Leads and multidisciplinary directors (Logistics, Operations, Finance, Supply Planning, Procurement, EHS).

  • Synchronize personnel strategies with service, manufacturing, and budgetary goals.

  • Spearhead talent pipeline development, workforce strategy, and skill enhancement across diverse shifts.

  • Offer guidance on structural design to facilitate growth and operational output.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Direct comprehensive ER matter oversight (grievance, disciplinary, and performance capability).

  • Champion an organizational ethos focused on teamwork, safety, responsibility, and ongoing refinement.

  • Support retention and involvement programs specifically designed for seasonal high-demand periods and operational staff.

Talent, Learning & Leadership Development

  • Pinpoint capability deficits and integrate competency frameworks throughout the facilities.

  • Construct focused growth strategies for managers, supervisors, and team leads.

  • Mentor executives and facilitate the implementation of leadership training initiatives.

  • Direct performance and talent cycles, securing backup plans for vital positions.

Change Management

  • Oversee the human components of functional shifts (automation, shift realignment, operational transitions).

  • Guarantee transparent dialogue across a varied and shift-oriented labor force.

People Analytics & Insight

  • Evaluate personnel statistics (retention, absence, productivity, overtime) to inform strategic choices.

  • Deliver perspectives on workforce refinement, seasonal patterns, and potential risks.

What You’ll Bring

  • Substantial HR/People & Culture generalist background, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or the supply chain sector.

  • Capability to sway executive leadership and establish reliable alliances across every organizational tier.

  • Proven history of managing ER matters within functional or industrial settings.

  • Grasp of operational output drivers, workforce strategy, and complex shift arrangements.

  • Proficiency in utilizing HR data and metrics to define strategic paths.

  • CIPD certification is preferred but not mandatory for those with robust practical experience.
