Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients after consultations, discussing the benefits of vision correction surgery.

• Address patient concerns empathetically and overcome objections to guide informed decisions.

• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments, managing your own diary efficiently.

• Record patient information accurately and maintain high standards of professionalism and care.

• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient experiences from consultation to post-surgery follow-up.

• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, appointment scheduling, and patient satisfaction.
