PAT Testing Engineer – Kent

JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and Compliance Company currently looking for engineers to join our team in the Kent area. We are offering self-employed positions with flexible hours, suitable for part-time or full-time work. Applicants should have a reasonable commuting distance within Kent.

This role offers potential earnings of £20,000 to £60,000 per year (pro-rata), depending on the rate per appliance, number of tests, and job dynamics. Projects vary from one-day assignments to long-term contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct PAT testing on electrical appliances for compliance.

• Maintain and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and up-to-date.

• Complete jobs accurately and efficiently, meeting client and regulatory standards.

• Manage schedules and travel to client sites within Kent.

• Uphold professionalism, honesty, and reliability on all assignments.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification.
